Cant advise on shooting there but have holidayed there , really nice country and people , flew in to Helsinki , hired a car and headed west onto the Finnish archipelago , would go again, expensive eating out in the evening , better deals at lunch time.
300NM is not a Wildcat or an unknown quantity , its been CIP listed since 2012 and has been taken on by the US Military , brass is freely available so I dont see any issues...other than the expense of buying and feeding one.

If prizes bring in the not so serious then their entry fee`s will part subsidise the more serious shooters , nowt wrong with that , the more cash in the club coffers the better.

Edit If NE knew about this a while back they should have informed the public as soon as they decided not to fight it .
The way to prove crop damage is to present facts , even if its in the form of peer reviewed papers , I`m sure no one has ever found that pigeons and corvids don't damage cereal crops ?
I`ve not had time to read it through but it appears you will still be able to shoot birds that were on general license but now shooter have to apply for a license and no doubt demonstrate good reason ?
