I'm mounting a 30mm tube with a 50mm objective lens on my CZ452 varmint.. I want too keep the objective lens as close as possible too the factory varmint barrel.. Will it be low medium or high rings..? Cheers NID

It would only be a short test for fun/curiosity.. I did think I found the sweet spot when I tried it on 42gr winnie subs but it must of been luck as it wouldn't repeat but I wasn't surprised.! From memory mine was hard too move. As the eley match shoot so much better I might get lucky...

I've gotba limbsaver thing.. I might have a play with it.. When I tried it the ammo inused was crap.. Beyond help

A couple of misfires today out of about 50 🙄. New uprated spring should be here very soon.. They looked the same as the ones that did shoot. Both fired the 2nd time spinning them 180 degrees. Hardly a breath of wind here but I couldn't shoot the eley match small today

I fired another 50 shots yesterday without a misfire 🎃

I fired about 60 shots and not one misfire.. A light clean and filing the firing pin down as made things better 😊 Thanks for all your help 💋. Tried a new batch of eley match and it looked too shoot better than the current lot..!! Can't show the shots as it's too much too explain 👍

Top left winnie subs.. Looks like bottom left went even lower back where they should be 😆. Maybe the wind it messing with the elevations 🎃

I've fired about 10 shots without a misfire so far.. What has gappened is my point of impact has changed.. It's about 15mm ish higher.. Should be able too see my point of impact on recent 50yds groups.. It's windy today so group is horizontal.. May even have helped the verticle I can get.. I'll shoot a few more groups and see if they shoot the same place. ignore the middle hole its where i hang it up

Is that just the trigger springs in the kit John..? Too late if it has the firing pin spring as I ordered one yesterday.

3 of which were just fired after filings the pin down.. Next time out I'll pick up some I fired a few days ago

I've filed it down a little and see how that goes

The other day I came home and gun was wet.. Took the bolt out and stood up the 22 muzzle down too dry in the airing cupboard.. It was in there 2 days 😳. Hid the bolt in there too and I didn't decock the bolt so this maybe why I was experiencing even more light strikes than before.. Probaly my bad 🙄. I have left it in the airing cupboard a few times overnight and did the same then and didn't decock the bolt.. Always wiped off the bolt and put in my safe before the other day..!!

Used all the hash marks and I was aiming center inbetween top of the bottom post and the first hash up. It was easier too see the white circle aiming just to the right at 3 o'clock not shading half of the circle which pretty much blanked it off. The bal cal said 24.5 moa.. Almost right 👍

I haven't kept any. Might be light strikes..!! Had the bolt apart.. Wiped it off and lightly greased the moving parts. (Smeared some ) Firing pin end looked OK.. Not really sure what it's ment too look like.. Do I need a new spring or is there an upgraded spring..?? I did try stretching it but it's pretty firm. Placed an order for a new more powerful spring..
