  1. Nice grouping there .similar results with the 178 eldms with 44.5 grains of N150 in my AI . Think yours has a better twist rate though . Wish I’d known more about the 6.5 when I first started out and might not have bothered with the 308 . We live and learn eh . Enjoy the new project. cheers
  2. Very nice them . Ours have had lots of abuse upto 338 lap mag no probs. Also like Toms targets and got a few bh targets for the air rifle . Don’t try rimfire s on these you’ll end up with holes . Rimfire hmr will easy go through 3mm steel or aluminium 5mm at 80 yards. 223 punches holes in 10 mm standard steel at 100 . IT HAS TO BE HARDENED STEEL!!! enjoy your play time Cheers
  3. Think they’re on amazon too . A very good read and full of info which tells us why we miss !!!!!
  4. It’s the Bryan litz set of books got some from March scopes importer and some others to make the set from the states. A very useful set of books.
  5. Nice looking range on the web but doesn’t have any info on distance s available. I’m sure that would help the website.
  6. It’s well above the 1.5 threshold for ideal stability so should be good for a 1:8” . 1:9 marginal cheers
  7. Looks like it’ll bend and fold over the left hand side . Not over the bolt on a rhs bolt .
  8. In the words of Will Smith as Hancock GOOD JOB !!
  9. Anyone wanting a v4 trickler, the waiting list is down to a couple of months. Ordered mine 4/4/2023 and got it today. No customs problems. Straight to the door from Canada. cheers
  10. If you’re happy with the tikka I’d stick to the t1x it’s going to feel the same etc . And it will also fit in some very nice chassis systems. cheers
  11. Thanks for the advice. That’s what I was thinking. I only neck size but they are getting old , probably 3 years. Time for a change . Have a good weekend cheers
  12. Just found this mark on some cases after trimming and before reloading. Is it time to bin them . Mark at head end of the case . cheers
  13. One more N135 user . Great with Berger 70 vld or 73 grain bthp . excellent accuracy
  14. But spike used all weekend . Small five shot group at 100 , then another group at 300 m . Shots from the foxholes at whipperdale ranges . Every shot back on target after the recoil . Fortmeir bipod does help lots with recoil compared to the standard AI one . Ill keep using mine !!!
  15. I got a set of O -rings for my predator 12 earlier this year with no problems. Try the website or email them directly, always been very helpful.
  16. Went to our local store and got 1000 murom lrp for £48 . happy days used them and they all go bang so no problem . keep trying and you may find a bargain
  17. Didn’t check his actual stock . We were there today and shooting supplies had lots of gear but didn’t check prices as scared of reality . Got 500 Berger 155.5 308 and 500 hornady 73 grain 223 for just over £500 from Bill Evans /dpt moderator s. Top man . Plenty of viht powders in stock too .
  18. There was plenty of cheap magtech primers for what was the usual price from years back. Bill Evans only had large magnum primers but plenty of powder . RS 50 also in good supply at some stalls . A bit of a quiet one , missing some of the big names . Still can’t find any night vision good enough to match the drone pro !!! Suns out happy days
  19. Hawke Vantage 30 WA FFP 6-24x50 IR SF 1/2 Mil Dot Reticle IR Rifle Scope SKU 14304 Rating: 100 % of 100 2 £338.95£399.00 1 In Stock This could be good too
  20. Hi there going through StrelokPro the difference for drop at 200 m with a 100 m zero is 0.1 mil . The lower scope actually needs more adjustment. A 2.1” above bore scope gives 0.5 up and the other figure of 1.5” gave 0.6 mils up so only one click ie 1cm so max of 2cm at 200 . In a nutshell not worth it .
  21. Alan Rhône do the contessa rails which fit spot on . Could try Britannia ones too
  22. 47£ at SS and £39 at dolphin, check with compatibility before ordering.
  23. Sporting services also do an alloy dummy magazine.
