bradders
This should be good.... I'm going with Ase Utra
MrCetrizine
I'll vote for Wildcat Evolution.
dave thorniley
wow? one question a thousand answers, but as bradders says, ace utra has got to be a contender
Grum87
Durability? Ase Utra NS3s is absolutely bomb proof. Not a lightweight by any means......Fully welded stainless. Fire away, and don't ever worry about cleaning it. Just remember and remove it from the rifle during storage. Pretty decent sound reduction too. Montey
I have two Ase ultras I'm happy with both but you can't strip too clean (223 & 243 ) I have a One less Charly mod that I can use on my 308 or 22-250 by changing the baffles easy too strip and clean and lite wait. banus02
two wildcat evolution moderators 243 and 6.5 and jet z on 223 and 308. all very good but the wild cats appear to be quieter and can be stripped to clean.
Strangely Brown
Judging from some comments I had on the RBL shoot, the AI brake fitting mod from Onelesscharlie takes some beating...........................apparently!

andybrock
I've got Ase Utra, One piece OLC and a couple of Reflex mods, I know they are heavy and the quality isn't as good as some but the old T8's do a good job.
Kalahari
I have two Hauskens, one on a 7 x 64 and one on a 223. They seem to work well and are a nice weight, but the durability awaits more testing! David.
Akeld
I have an ASE Utra Northstar on my .308, almost as quiet as a T8 and stainless construction
Luckyou34
I have a BRT8 and a BT rotex II. The BRT8 is more efficient. The Rotex II is interesting with the muzzle break Brt8 : 300£ Rotex : 1000£ ?:-(?!
Chanonry
Got 2 and S5 which is a nice size, well made and works well enough. Perhaps not the quietest I have an AI mod to fit the brake and people on the range tell me it is remarkably quiet.
Si-Snipe
ASE UTRA are superb quality but with respect to moderation they are not there with many of their offerings. With respect to sound moderator the CQB is destroyed by the WC EVO which is also lighter. The SL7 was superb on my 6.5x47 and was much better than the compact. It was on par with a really good DM80 I have. For an end can that is impressive.
