Xtrema
The Ruger is the only one thought out and built in a straight line configuration The Ruger wins Well, i think you're right. At present at least. A tad disappointed with the comparable Savage offering, if that's what it is.
Andrew
Not saying that it is but it just looks "bitsa". Mag well very Rugerish. Rugerish, yes, perhaps. More AR-15ish because everything other than the chassis and the barreled reciever is AR-15 'bits'. Much like the Ruger. There is a company on Washington State (US) called MDT that makes a chassis for the T-3 already. You can bolt on any grip or stock to suit you.~Andrew

DW58
My son and I have own/owned four chassis systems for T3 ... ... ... MDT Tac 21 - excellent but heavy, now sold. KRG X-Ray - superb chassis, we have two - one on .223 T3 and the other on .300 WSM T3 GRS Bolthorn - superb ergonomics, excellent build quality, on my .308 T3. 1in9
The TRG mag will be its Achilles heel, if thats what it is. It looks like it's using Tikka's 10 round T3x CTR (Compact Tactical Rifle) magazine, which was developed specially for the CTR. So, basically the CTR action dropped into a Tactical chassis. Berserk
This looks like an interesting package! wonder what they will charge!?!?! Hopefully a lot cheaper than the TRG.
1in9
Isn't this the same magazine as used on the .308 Version of the Sako TRG? Close but not identical, they've gone for a polymer variation on the baseplate. The TRG mags are ridiculously expensive, the CTR mags which appear to share the same steel frame are somewhat cheaper but still a long way off the affordability of the RPR with it's AICS/M110/DPMS/SR25/Magpul multi-mag well. Scotch_egg
I have a CTR at the moment and the magazine will only take 9 rounds. The TRG magazines were always tight and difficult to get the last round in.

mam's 'lil soldier
Re. TRG / CTR mags, you should be able to get ten rounds in, I can in mine (both mag types), but it is a squeeze. I solved the problem by being content with nine rounds loaded. Simples.
