  1. Post office normally freak if you describe them as bullets, I always sent them as lead weights and then there isn’t any issues.
  2. “No I deer on why it went there”. It didn’t want shots 10 & 20 to feel lonely from the previous days cock up.😂😂
  3. It’s the gen 2. tripod. I would have no idea if it is long or short version, perhaps you could enlighten me how to tell the difference.
  4. Surplus to requirements, very good condition, works perfectly and has had very little use. Jim Shockey Edition Primos Trigger stick £70+ postage.
  5. As per title, surplus to requirements I have this for sale. No bushes included in price, £70 posted.
  6. 😂😂 No mate he managed to miss all of them.
  7. See Tom, I told you he was in denial of the fact that he simply missed and is looking to put the blame anything but himself. 😊
  8. Anything expands when it comes to a sudden stop after doing Mach 3.
  9. That old expression ‘A bad workman being a tool’ springs to mind Neil 😂😂
  10. From your detailed explanation it sounds more like you just missed.....twice😂😂😂
  11. See, they don’t blow up Neil, you just missed the target both times previously😂😂
  12. This reminded me of a crow that I shot off a fence post with my 20prac with the 39gr vmax. Just as it spread its wings to fly off the vmax hit it square in the chest, its body and head just simply vaporised and 2 wings just fell to the floor. It was just simply spectacular and one of those shots I will never forget.
  13. A few years ago where I used to go beating on an estate the gamekeeper got tasked with organising a crow culling day, as part of the estate which farmed pigs was literally inundated with crows that came in from miles around to nosh on tons of pig feed every day The keeper set all the bale hides up on the main flight paths 3 weeks beforehand to let the crafty bstards get used to them. On the day of the cull, the 8 of us who were shooting got there before dawn and set up in our designated hides, the estate supplied all the cartridges and a radio to be able to call for more shells when we started to get low. As first light appeared so did the crows and then the carnage commenced. It sounded like the Battle of the Somme all day long with continuous gunfire from all parts of the estate. It was the best days crow shooting I have ever had and one which I will never forget. Between the 8 of us the days total was just over 3000 of them with the gamekeeper personally accounting for 700. Two weeks later the farm was alive with them again.
  14. For long range the 7mm will outshoot the 6.5 due to bullet weight and higher bc. A 284 lobbing a 180 gr bullet with nearly a 0.8bc at 2880 (just under HME) will give a barrel life of around 2500 rounds as well. I don’t know anyone who shoots top level F Open who uses a 6.5 variant, it’s either a 7mm or a 30cal magnum that wins every time. I have been fortune to recently buy a rifle that has 2 barrels which can be changed in the field. The barrels are a straight 284 and a 6.5creed. The 7mm will be used for the ELR days at PRL and the 6.5creed will be used for the shorter range PRL days so the best of both worlds in one rifle.
  15. Ask someone who is known to be able to shoot properly to shoot the rifle, if they put all the bullets in the same hole then you know the answer.
