  1. Great to hear. I found these last year myself and just having had a 6mm creedmoor barrel put in an 85 it might be a worthy purchase.
  2. But heaven forbid it’s spoken about on any other website other than the official website forum...
  3. Surely there should be a weight limited category. it’s getting like F class as long as you you actually carry the rifle onto the barricade 😂
  4. Go steady John, next you will be asking how companies select team members after half a season....
  5. I’m sure you sold that rifle or considered it. For me when my life is simpler and I have time to cast. Because by heck it’s amazing how such a simple firearm can be so accurate.
  6. 8 years ago and a previous name. come on let’s see what you are sporting now days and how it has evolved.
  7. @Ronin There is the accuracy obsession chassis that’s very similar. It is made by your favourite company The Vision Products.
  8. There is a launch video where they state this will replace the AT and the short action AX or whatever they are called depending on if you are U.K. or US based.
  9. I am shocked there hasn’t been a thread about the new Accuracy international ATX
  10. Is it coming directly from Jackson’s? I know they don’t routinely deal direct before anyone jumps in. I am presuming it will be a special order item. I am currently on the fence about ordering a A-Tec H2 or the new Radian.
  11. @kezselby It might help if you clarify if this was an upgrade you had to purchase.
  12. The best fluting to my eye is Blaser’s varmint style. can you replicate it? what are the cost implications? obviously barrel profile and custom programs Will have implications. But an idea will give give confidence to ask. especially when it looks good.
  13. Dave I’m pulling your leg my friend!!! it’s all speculative. what works for you
  14. How can you hit anything with that AI bipod 😂 time for a different thread sorry...
  15. T, That’s a fair idea. It gets used for stalking for now and I must say I love it. For now I will stick with the AX at the range.
  16. I have the only Q Fix in civilian ownership in the U.K. Chris Parkin did a review which wasn’t the best IMO. He clearly just didn’t like the concept, he was shooting the rifle unmoderated in .308 with a 16” barrel. The bolt is easy to get in and out, I don’t know what he was fumbling about, rushing trying to do it all in one take. The U.K. RRP however was staggering. He quoted £4500. As you rightly identify getting one in the states is hard enough. I love mine. It’s too lightweight for PRS. Well with he proof research barrel it is. Plus I have an AX I can now use for the range.
  17. You could also try helicopter tape. Mountain bikers use it to protect their frames from wear and tear. It’s nice because it’s clear and you can see the original finish.
  18. Lee don’t keep the findings to yourself!!! Whilst I’m on it you need to Show off the new action!!!
  19. I have just looked at these and honestly don’t understand the niche. Every silencer I have used decreased recoil really well and the noise attenuation is an overwhelming improvement. However on a range I will always wear ear protection so a silencer or dedicated brake is a mute point. @lee w 118 how much are they? Jacksons are the distributors so if any one really wants one and has an old silencer they distribute they offer a trade in.
  20. You need to list a price or the add is going to be pulled. admin
