Yeah, swap plinking for load development. At 45-50p per shot for powder, a few pence saved for a 'budget' bullet isn't worth it. That said, I've had good results with the 230 grain A-tip, but I'm saving those for >1000y so I've got 220 grain Bergers as my 'budget' bullets 😁

Yes, Bergara Wilderness. No complaints about accuracy but the barrel rusts like no other I've ever owned, so I have to clean it religiously and store it with a swab of oil.

Sight scratch on the outside and some slight ring marks that are barely visible. Lenses are fine, I'm no expert at cleaning them and I'm not going to try. £1250 posted, PayPal preferred. SOLD

It's polycotton ripstop with water repellant (I think) which is a bit stiff when new but softens with use, it's not crunchy as such. There's a waterproof membrane layer underneath.

The waist is velcro'd so still fits with, ahem, a few extra pounds. The fly is a bit odd in that it zips downwards to close, it's a feature not a fault!

I have a pair: very happy with mine, also I got it with short length so they actually fit me.

Nice, I managed to get some Hornady brass from Brownells before it sold out. I was contemplating a Howa but when i asked a dealer I was told they weren't available until next year. Also I'm not sure about mag feeding in the Howa, it needs the longer cip mags. I got a Bergara HMR wilderness...
