Would like Tom see some night time footage with real distance, as any other nv surely the limiting factor wouldn’t be the ir illuminator

Do we have any fac air rifle shooter shot here , I have a fx impact with .22 and .30 barrels and am about to get a RAW HM1000x in .22 but would also like .25 and .30 barrels ,powder burner barrels will have too high a twist rate ,anyone any experience in such things .

What have you replaced it with ?

Just had a look through the wulf , pard and Atn 4K all daytime , clear winner was the wulf , not a patch on glass obviously but clear , realistic couloirs and a good operating system, I would put the pard and Atn about level , ATN has a larger screen pard is light and compact . the Rfd is going to let me borrow then for a night time comparison.

What trigger you put in ?

Whatever you get make sure it is millspec ,the tipman looks like an AR but it won’t take any other upper than it’s own ,they are machined deliberately that way . Of the Ar rifles I have had spikes tactical two maybe three southern guns low mill ranges / bar machined upper double star lower east Tactical soliutions upper they are all about the same and a sub good as the parts put in them yes a good smith will know how to choose and assemble said parts but unless they are billet upper lower sets not sure it makes a huge difference

I have the same could ndition and actually found out after buying a Eotec sight funny thing is I could see through a cheep copy but not the real thing , I have a vortex strike eagle with an illuminated halo and that’s fine too ,I think it’s only the holographic image that goes fuzzy to me ?

Now surplus as I have sold my .6.5 creedmoor, Very low round count though it very good condition with box and paperwork £150 dont want to rfd and won’t send out of the uk . This is on ticket . cheers mick
