Hi guys bit of something different ,really enjoying the shooting these at the moment . RAW HM1000x for those of you that remember Theoben this is the current evolution, .22 24 “ polygonal barrel shooting slugs at just under 1000 fps ,available in .22 , .25 ,.30 and 357 goes upto 220 ftlb and the Mk2 fx impact also in .22 turned down to sub 1000 fps but will go supersonic and 65 ftlb also available in .25 .30 both very tuneable both very accurate

What have you used it with ,thinking yours and a pard or A ATN 4k pro with abl

I don’t suppose you have any idea if this would work with nv add ons do you

Very expensive seen the pulsar trail and the thermion pro , both excellent units , not really impressed with the entry level and that’s still expensive

Couple of questions but no firm offers yet

The gun is a mk1 impact it has been quite heavily upgraded the barrel is the new stx system it has a 700 mm stx superior liner that has been carbon fibre sleeved in place or the original o rings ,there is stil an original at each end of the carbon tube the original plenum valve hammer ect have been replaced with the power plenum ,basically more shots or more power for the same air . the rear plates top plate Picatinni rail shroud and mod have all been cerakoted. mk 2 magazine plate it has a slug power kit fitted and has .22 .25. And .30 sleeves for it prs arca / Picatinni rail two .22 mags the gun will fire pellets at supersonic speed if you really want to 18 grain jsb at 1153 fps , £900 ,this to be fair is a steal given the cost of the gun and parts that have gone into it IF you really want to make an impact 🙂I also have a .30 cal barrel system ,superior heavy liner ,outer ,shroud and mod c/w magazine ,without retuning the gun this will still lob .30 pellets at just short of 1000 fps and about 90 ftlb if you up the reg and tune to suit it will go over 100 ftlb and really does wallop things . £250 for this obviously this is a fac rifle so the normal rules apply. I might be open to px deals depending what you have

The bolt and barrel are proofed but I have never ever seen a number on an upper , including the spikes st22 I had ,think I have had seven AR’s now ,definitely none had numbers

I think they are in pretty short supply at the moment ,could try Valkyrie rifles ,Dave builds belting AR’s lantac north west custom parts black rifle Brownells there are many to try

Yes Dave would be the man to build a comp ready rifle every time

You need a two part plastic upper receiver clamp to hold the upper for this task , easy mistake to make ,I guess uppers aren’t overly expensive and they don’t have a number on them so no bother with paperwork

Slightly off topic but that accuracy is easily bettered by most modern pcp air guns At double that 50 and 100 yard tiny groups

In my experience semi autos I have had have all been ok giving reasonable groups at reasonable distance but to get real precision you can’t beat a bolt action . spikes tactical st.22 tactical solutions semi custom 1022 ,green mountain barrel all about the same

Are there any advantages/ disadvantages between the regular bipod that sits under the rifle to a top rail fitting where the rifle hangs beneath or even a side mounting one .
