  1. If the fall of shot is near impossible to spot how does the RO Know that the shot has not gone over the Stop Butt due to a dope or dialling error? Maybe a review of the NRA Rules on missing a target should be reviewed: A firer who neither observes nor receives any indication of the impact of his first shot, or in a practice where shots are not signalled individually of at least one shot in the first string, may only continue if one of the following applies: a. The firer identifies and rectifies a fault or error (eg mis-set sight) that would reasonably account for the miss. b. There is reasonable evidence (eg an unexplained shot on the next target) that the firer has crossfired. c. There is reasonable evidence (eg based on the advice of other competitors, which advice shall not be considered to be in the nature of coaching) that the wind allowance applied was such as to account for the miss. d. With the permission of the RO (eg as in Para 301). A firer acting as his own RO may not authorise himself to continue.
  2. SCCs do not have disciplines on them only Firearm Types, PRS is no different to any other positional shooting Discipline such as CSR that shoot off 'props' and in various positions, or Mini Rifle that also use props.
  3. Does not really need to be that expensive. The organisers have a notion that PRS is so different to any other positional shooting discipline that additional training is required to allow people to compete at Bisley and that it’s an NRA requirement when the current SCC scheme is based on firearm type and on discipline. However, the organisers have the right to set their own preconditions so if that’s what they require then you either comply or don’t take part.
  4. I spotted an accessory for my Autotrickler V4 on a USA Forum and it had a link to eBay. The eBay purchase could not be completed as I was not in the USA and the guy making and selling them did not ship outside of the USA. I decided I'd try and contact him and see if we could work something out. He agreed to post 4 of them to me in the UK but insisted that I do not pay for them until I had received and was happy with them. Posted in early November with Tracking from USPS they arrived in the UK on 14 Nov 22 and disappeared into a Royal Mail blackhole. Luckily they turned up 30 days after arrival in the UK. I then contacted the guy to pay, today he said no charge have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I was gobsmacked, however, no good deed should go unrecognised so I have on his behalf made a donation the US Wounded Warrior Project.
  5. Should do but you may need to modify it a bit. I’ll check with my 419 cup later today when I get home.
  6. Most of any kernels of powder that damage to bounce out of the powder cup land on the weighing plate cover and don't affect charge trickled into the cup.
  7. Difficult to say but I'd recommend reducing your charge to the minimum recommended in a Reloading Manual.
  8. Heard last weekend that RUAG Ammotec had been bought by Beretta so that will slow things down even further, would expect the Liskeard site to close as everything moves to GMK's Fareham site. https://www.ruag.com/en/news/sale-ruag-ammotec-completed
  9. What’s the news on a 1710 version?
  10. I've got 3 spare O Rings sat on my desk, yours for a donation the the RBL.
  11. Sounds like your problem is more to do with freedom to turn as the belt should not slip.
  12. If you are an NRA Member then yes, however 800 yards may be difficult. You could certainly do 100, 200, 300, 600 and 1000 with little dificulty.
  13. Odd, was not aware that it is not visible to new members. https://bullettipping.com/2018/05/accuracy-one-precision-primer-gauge/ Unfortunately they do not export.
  14. This is the for sale section, not 'Wanted'. This post has already been moved once.
