Interesting to know what they were able to shoot on a 'square' range. A problem in the UK is most 'square' gallery type ranges will not allow steel targets to be used and if permission is given, unlikely, it would be at a minimum range of 300m.
MoD policy on steel targets is here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/413104/RSN_1502.pdf
The RBL series that I was involved on some years ago was an attempt to get something more interesting to shoot with PRS type kit but range props were not an option when falling back to increase target engagement distance.

Not yet but have some RS76 to try.

The ELR format needs work if it's to be considered a serious competition, I'd like it to remain an option as part of a weekend package but be limited to 1200+ yards and ideally out to at least 2000 yards so venues are likely to be few.

What type of AT stock is it?
I have a RRS rail for an AT AICS but it does not fit early versions.

Not had any problems with RS80 other than that my V2 Autothrower did not like it. I got some RS76 as its supposed to be optimised for .338 size case. I have a good stock of Warner Tool Company Flatline solids, 198 grains for the .300NM and 285 grains for the 33XC, all with Tubb Ring Modification.

Might be a while, working away from home for the next 5 weeks.

Got some for my 33XC & 300NM not tried it yet though.

Magnetospeed Flashers cost $150 each, that’s considerable investment required by venue owners.

Keep it coming.

I think HPS might, got mine a long time ago.

Not many contributions, I thought a lot more UKV members took part this year.

If there is a 27km walk or run involved I’m out.

6XC with 105 Hybrids and 115 DTACs did well for a couple of competitors although considered by some to be barrel burners.

That’s where pros and cons come in 🤔

Whilst a light rifle will sometimes be your friend there are pros and cons for recoil management when under the clock.

Well now that the 1st UK PRL Season is over what calibre, action and chassis did you use?
From my observations 6.5 Creedmoor seemed to be the most popular caliber but there were many others in use. Lots of different actions and chassis systems were also seen as well as plenty of AI rifles. Optics were represented by a wide range of low, mid and high end (what does that actually mean if other than cost?) scopes calibrated in Mils and MOA.
So let’s hear and see what you used.

Final Round to the PRL completed yesterday. Some tricky stages and tight timings but altogether a fantastic final.
Will post a link to the results and final leaderboard when they are published.

Question about warranty:
QuoteAll parts are warranted to function as intended for two years with normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover damage to due to shooting or dropping the components, or cosmetic damage. If there are any problems, contact adamjmac.???.com and we will help keep your system up and running.
The unit for sale has 8 month warranty left, although, I'm pretty sure Adam would do the right thing in the event of a manufacturing defect. Replacement parts cost for damaged (shot) components are reasonable.
