SRP or LRP?

This is a Musgrave RSA action which uses a bolt similar to a Mauser bolt. You can only disassemble it outside of the rifle. Hold the bolt in your hand or in vice. Press the pin in and then lift the safety tab. The tab does not actually change position like other Mauser action. The firing pin is held in place by a small screw.

Need to strip the bolt of a Musgrave Target rifle. I cocked the bolt but unable to lift the tab to put it in maintenance position i.e. 90 degrees. Am I missing anything obvious?
