  1. You should get away with low rings, possibly medium, but you won’t need high. Wherever/whoever you buy them from, might be able to advise.
  2. Thanks, appreciate you mentioning this. I had seen this as a possible fix, but unsure where to obtain a heavier spring and non of the articles mentioned the M&P 15, I had wondered whether it wasn’t compatible. I think I will speak to someone at Black Rifle and see if there’s anything they may be able to suggest. Again, thanks for this, might find a way to get it to work. Paul
  3. I bought this for my M&P 15, for which I found out it wasn’t suitable, due to light strikes.
  4. Hi there. You say the turret caps are bonded to the originals, are they removable and if so, how? Also, it comes with original turret caps? Can it be returned to original state? Mil reticle and MOA turrets? Thanks, I am genuinely interested
  5. Do you not anneal, or clean primer pockets? I’d assumed these steps were essential for competitive shooting.

  11. It’s also a pity the don’t etch the windage turret left and right…annoying for what is one of the best value scopes
  12. I know it’s not a Creedmoor, but N150 works great in my 6br, 29.3grains at recommended COAL, I don’t worry about adjusting seating depth too much, especially when bullets holes are touching. I’ve always found Amax to be very easy to get shooting accurately, never used them for hunting, but I believe, by all accounts, they expand well. Don’t know why Hornady stopped making them.
  13. If you get on well with the Amax, I might have a box or 2 for sale, if you need any more.
