Novice1
Can anyone give me some pointers on a suitable maintenance regime for a trigger mechanism? Looks to be a little crud building up in my t3 trigger housing. Cheers
Moorlander
If its full of crap blast it out with brake cleaner , then re lube with WD 40 , (AI recommend WD40 for triggers ) , Test thoroughly before using live ammo.
Re-Pete
Get an aerosol can of brake cleaner, remove trigger assy, wash through repeatedly until squeaky clean, allow to dry completely, then give a squirt of a dry lube such as : https://www.amazon.co.uk/44172-WD40-Professional-Lubricant-400ml/dp/B006A8JEUS allow to dry and re-assemble. Leeman
Dunking them in lighter fluid every so often used to be the recommendation. I use Zippo lighter fluid available on ebay for not much money.
