Spuhr sct-3001- tikka m595
Novice1 replied to Novice1's topic in Suppressors / Moderators, Bipods, Anything else
To be truthful, I've actually bought one and it arrived today. Without immediately pulling either my t3 or m595 set ups apart to try it for size, I reckon your point about the ejection port is likely correct. Makes me wonder whether the m590 would take it, as i believe that has full length rails down both sides. -

Ah, ok. That would make sense Thanks for taking the time to look into it and giving a reply. How do you find it on the T3, would you recommend it? -

Can anyone tell me if its possible to fit the tikka dedicated spuhr mount to an m595 action? Appreciate it's designed for the t3, but believe dovetail width the same between the two actions. Wondering whether it would be too long for the shorter m595 action, but interested in anyone's direct experience. -

Holy Thread Resurrection Batman! Apologies for bringing up such an old thread, but a google search on Oceania Supressors brought this out the woodwork. I'm interested in the alpine model supressors that are currently listed in the Holts sealed bid sale at the end of the month. https://auctions.holtsauctioneers.com/asp/fullCatalogue.asp?salelot=S0323+++6070+&refno=++193796&saletype= However, going by the labelling on the boxes in the images, for those who've had a look themselves (reference to RO/Hire and NRA) would it be much of a stretch to think that they're the actual units that are referred to in this thread as having been seen in use at Bisley a few years ago? If that's the case, would it infer that they've been "well loved" and probably sensible to give them a wide berth? -
Does anyone own one of these or had any experience of them? Look good value and a useful option to put on an anschutz to save the rather attractive walnut stock from damage in the field. Seem to have been around since last year, but can't find any write ups or reviews online.
