Buy one of these:

Zediker,G "Handloading for Competition" or it's current update/rewrite 'as it should have been' (Zedikers summary);

'Target Grade Ammo" (he say's this does it more 'step by step'..though "it's all in HfC").

You will get a lot of tips etc on this forum,many sensible-but get a comprehensive,organised,step by step reference.It will cost about the same as a box of 30 cal bullets,might make all the other boxes shoot much better.... (read,and then listen from an informed base).

Sinclair (Bill Gravatt) used to do one aimed mainly at Bench Rest,helpful but not comprehensive-it's out of print,though.

Zediker or Zediker.Invest.

If you don't reload now, get a reloading book, read it, and then put it all to practice. Learn basic reloading then do every facet of the operation with as much consistency as you can (within parameters you can control) and then you will have match ammunition. There is no secret to it.~Andrew

Consistency consistency consistency!

If you don't know anyone thats hot on reloading there are a number of courses run by good competitive shooters. I would spend a day with them.
