Bc and speed go together to make a long range advantage . All the bullet types shoot well through the .284 . But not past 800 Go past 800 yards then you need all the BC you can get If you hit a critter with a hybred Berger or a vld it will be just as dead as with a ballistic tip bullet . Second that Andy!!! 162 A-max BC= 625 , my 26 inch barreled ackley is running them at 3025fps!!!
