247sniper
Hi guy. Can someone recommend me a half decent ultrasonic cleaner please, I'd like to upgrade my little cheap current one as I don't think it's working too great tbh. There a loads in ebay but they don't deliver to the IOM for some reason.....possibly due to weight??? I'd like one around the 2 Ltr mark, ideal with long operation settings like 30 min or more etc instead of the 3 min one I currently have. Also adjustable temp may be good also if possible and not too ott £££ wise. Anyone recommend one? Cheers Steve

MrCetrizine
I don't know if they'll ship to you but I've had one of these for about three years. It gets used about twice a week and has never failed to do the job. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/380975156934?nav=SEARCH
SteveW
I've used the QC model from Walker Electronics for many years without issue. http://www.walkerelectronics.co.uk/products_ultrasonicbaths.php HTH

Re-Pete
I use one of these: http://www.recycled-parts.com/Curbside-Centers-/Paper-/Decon-fs-100B-ultrasonic-cleaner-digital-timer-heater.cgi It's worth trying companies that dispose of redundant lab equipment. phaedra1106uk
I have one of the 3.2L ones off eBay, they're a lot noisier than the small ones from Lidl/Aldi etc. and to be honest it doesn't do anything with brass cases that my stainless pin tumbler doesn't do better. Handy for a quick clean etc. though.
gun nut
Head to Maplin 247, they are doing great deals on Ultrasonic cleaners that are identical to the lyman ones, for half the price! Mike
