M99
Morning. For my sins I have just taken over as the Secretary of the FCSA. I am also captain of the GB .50cal team again for this year's World Championships in Raton, New Mexico. If anyone is interested in joining or would like more information, please just ask! Yep, spot on Gunner it is a Rangemaster 50. I'll get some more pictures up soon. Very accurate with Primetake factory precision ammo and enjoyable to shoot. I need to get to an FCSA shoot as I've not been to one for a while. Missed Warcop last week but plan on going to the next.
gunner
Jagged , how much does it work out per shot on the factory ammo , im allready gulping
Jagged 77
Jagged , how much does it work out per shot on the factory ammo , im allready gulping I was lucky enough to be given a good amount of factory ammo with the rifle... I believe you'd not get much change per round out a tenner if you were to purchase some! You can make your own precision ammo for considerably less using lathe turned solids or Amax's. Manfrotto ball head and QD RC2 plate I have since changed it a bit to fit into the rucksack side pocket (see thread) http://ukvarminting.com/forums/topic/25670-tripods-more-thoughts/?hl=tripod I also have a Gitzo carbon job - a little better but 3x the price.
