For me so many parts of reloading are important, developing a load that works for me is my ultimate goal, one thing I do take a lot of care with is repeatable neck tension. My lady helps with reloading.. shes better than me at it! I left her alone for half an hour and she had weight batched all the brass for me! (i didnt tell her it comes batched...)
