What caliber is it ? If it’s 8x57 is it .318 or .323 diameter barrel.

Does it have the safety and the bolt release for a factory 700 ? -
Has anyone tried an RPA barrel yet I saw them advertised a while ago but never heard of anyone using one ? They are very reasonably priced from what I see but would like to hear some first hand accounts before committing.
