  1. Off to Bisley for the first time this week and have a couple of questions. Would be grateful for any advice. I'm staying overnight in the pavilion and was wondering about the best place to store my rifles and ammo. The other thing was feeding myself. Breakfast, mid day and in the evening. Would love to hear any recommendations from the experienced among the members. Thanks guys.
  2. Hi, Would like the Lee smelting pot if still available. Thanks.

VERY little use in the 20 odd years he had it. Bore is still very good, virtually unmarked blueing, shoots very well, easy moa with the 150gr SMKs that will go with it. Included with the gun - 240 Sierra 150gr SMKs, Hornady custom die set with Lee factory crimp die, Lapua brass - 50 twice fired, 20 once fired and 16 new, 135 twice fired Remington cases. Located in Notts. £350.
  8. 100 Hornady once fired 6.5 creedmoor cases - SOLD. 220 x 7.5x55 Swiss cases, FNM headstamp. Can't guarantee times loaded, but it's not high, maybe 3 or 4 times. There are maybe a dozen or so cases that have a copper colour to part of the case? Not sure why, not come accross it before. £30 inc UK poastage.
  9. Price drop, Original post edited with lower prices on some of the bullets.
  10. Anyone had any experience with the Lapua cutting edge bullets in .308? Was looking at the 100gr bullet over a load of Vhit N110 for 100 yards. 1:12 twist 26 inch barrel. Lapua advertise very good accuracy. Any thoughts or experience folks?
  11. Kranks sell a media additive, can't remember it's name now (useful eh?), but it's really good. Heard that the amonia in brasso can make cases brittle. Had some loads I'd had in the back of the safe I'd done a few years prior that had the necks cracks on some of them, so there could be something to that, I used to use brasso in my media all the time.
  12. Old post I know, but I've had good results with SK long range at 200 yards. Will keep my eyes open for the RWS stuff.
