  1. So, again & publicly .... If you would like to txt me your details I will refund you via Bank transfer I’m actually not quite sure what more I could have done or do .. If you choose not to, accept a full refund, then that is your choice & not my fault. ps.. just do there is no confusion, I have lots of payments going into my account, as it’s a firms account & I send parcels out weekly. So I do actually need you to tell me what they are so I can refund you !
  2. right, I’ve read this thread & wasn’t going to post, but feel now that I should .. I sent the Parcel in good faith & gave you the tracking number I even sent you photos of what was in the parcel & all the Bullets that were loose in the open box - as you had already explained that you had purchased Bullets before that had been ‘pulled’ - to prove that they had not been. I kept you posted of any updates & conversation I had with Hermes. my last contact with them, the specifically told me that the Bullets were delivered& that there system had a ‘glitch’ On the 29th May , You then contacted me & I explained what they said - to which you denied. You then contacted Hermes. As did I ! Since that date I have offered you a full refund & to confirm your bank details on 9 occasions !!!!! Hermes will not accept liability & as such will not uphold any claim against them. I’ve messaged you again today .. and again asked you to confirm your bank details, so that I can give you a bank transfer for the funds ! Ps ... I dont have a chq book, so your quip on that was rather a mute point ! i find it also funny that you Didn’t have any reservations taking my details to pay me via transfer, but now do when I ask you to confirm them .
  3. Been here & done it ! pm me .. if you like
  4. For sale .. 262 x 20gr Vmax .17 Cal & 75 ( approx ) x 25gr Vmax .17cal £ 45 posted the lot ( I don’t want to split as I have no need for any of them now ) thanks al
  5. Every rifle I've owned that has been put in a chassis, ( and that's at least 6 or 7 of different calibres ) has improved in its accuracy it could be because I prefer shooting with a pistol grip, but that can't be the only reason.... Or rifles like an AI wouldn't exist , lol
  6. That looks very similar to how I started .. looks like an Eagle airsoft .. You need to bin off the metal chassis part & build your own like I did .. 30mm box alloy should do it.
  7. Think I will stick with Lovex SO65 .. Works well with all my bullet weights in the creedmoor & it's single base
  8. Wow ! Never thought I'd make a Google search ... Yeah. It was an Eagle airsoft l96 .. It took loads of modification with a dermal & sharp chisels & I still had to make an alloy chassis to run the lenght of it inside. this picture was taken very early on in the development' stage. But as it was only for a rimfire it didn't need much more , as there is no recoil to worry about. It was really accurate & that's all that mattered really. the 17 Hornet one was a much better concept, as it was made on similar lines but all built around the alloy chassis.
  9. I built a chassis from scratch using AICS skins for my cz527 17 Hornet I previously built one for a CZ 17 hmr . But I sold that one on i should add that I only did it as I couldn't find a decent stock & had all the parts in the shed .
  10. I'd have a proper Tommy gun... M1A1 or the M1921 Not a mock up ruger 10/22 job, but the real thing in .22 a Bren would be cool though.
  11. Manfrotto works for me ! Had mine for years, as has a few of my shooting pals. just fit a good ball head & Arca rail to your stock = bingo
  12. Hi, is anyone using these...? How do you find them ? Cheers
  13. So, after grabbing some S065, i can report that in my rifle neither showed pressure signs & all loads grouped fantastic - they did exactly what I wanted. 100gr Sierra HP at book lenght ( 2.650). The better load was the slightly slower one ( 3172 fps average) so I will work on this one some more the top end achieved average of 3250 fps - no pressure signed but group opened up, as did The SD

Hi Buddy ....... It's a 20 Prac, not 20 Tac ... Not much in it, but a distinct Differance that it's a necked down 223 , with no need to fireform or do anything different. Unlike the 20 Tac which requires more changes. To switch over, other than a barrel you , Just change the bushing in a FL die & change the expander to a .204 instead of 223. Still uses a 223 seating die. so...... Noise - less recoil - less, but not like you feel it easier to spot your fall of shot, especially with digital NV - no white out like a 223 gave cheaper to run - yep, but only the bullet cost, as the powder load is almost the same Energy - not much in it ( about 45 ft-lbs ) Differance at 200 yards wind drift - less on the 39gr than the 53gr speed - faster on the 39gr over the 53gr Trajectory - flatter further with the 39gr My 223 did not like the 40gr Bullets, the 53gr was the lightest it would shoot consistently & accurately. it needed a new barrel & I still wanted a varmint night rifle in a small cal, so it fitted the bill & works flawlessly. would I own a 223 again .... Maybe if I need to take muntjac & didn't own other rifles then yeah. But as a varmint gun that does what I want it to .... Not at this point in time, as the 20 is plenty !

Used to have a 223, run with 53gr vmax.. got bored & fancied a change, so I had Bradders re-barrel it to a 20 prac. I only needed to buy 1 die for the change over & used the same brass etc now I run 39gr Sierra BLK's, it's on my night rifle ( photon xt extreme ) & I happily shoot + / - 1" to 250 yards - everything is a kill shot, nothing runs & Cheap to run wish I had done it years ago
  16. I just got some to try in mine .. on paper it looks good http://www.westlander.co.uk/stockists/ look on here & call first to see if they are holding any of what you want
  17. As it's a new gun, you may as well go the full hog and start afresh. get a 20moa rail to ensure you have loads of elevation. id recommend you look at a vortex viper pst 5-25x50 FFP in Mrad the mrad scb ret is clear and easy to read - uncluttered unlike the moa one & being FFP it will be easy to read and adjust for fall of shot
  18. cheers ... yeah Laurie (the reloading God ) did a post ages ago about how S065 was in no way a Varget replacement, but it never went further to sell the attributes of the powder itself. im steering towards the S065 ( SW long rifle ) as the answer I am looking for, i will keep looking for information, & while I wait to grab a tub & see how it goes. cheers
  19. Cheers for the info .. yeah, I did think that the S070 would be slightly to slow burning for the smaller Bullets , hence why I thought S065 would probably be a better choice.. I have looked on Shootersworld for information - smallest is the 123gr, but that's a start ! I have read earlier posts on here & SD about the S065 powder being compared to Varget & how this proved not to be the case, but alas no other info on it yet cheers
  20. Hi, l am interested in finding some more information on Lovex S065 namely for the 6.5 creedmoor, but any information would be good . before I get a barrage of info on other powders, let me first say that this & S070 ( old AA 4350 ) appeal to me as they are single base powders, apparently good with temperatures & are reasonable in price. i have Information for on the S070 but there doesn't seem to be much on the S065 i should also add that I mainly shoot 100gr & 120gr Bullets cheers
  21. Cheers guys.. didnt think of Mays, as they don't normally have anything I use, but I will give them a call.
  22. Anyone know of a stockiest of this powder make ? I am after som RS62 to try some loads out. thanks
  23. As far as I know it's REACH compliant. not sure when it will arrive - Edgar Bros are the UK & EU importers , of late they don't seem to be trying to hard to get US powders.
