get a proper AI AX butt spike, yes its expensive (but then everything from AI Is!!) but its very well made, and works well, and looks like its supposed to be there!

Fair point - they are expensive - its the fact that they are British but cheaper in the US that I find galling - at least not 2-3x more expensive like US kit is over here I suppose

Yeah know wot ya mean!

 

But The Yanks may have things like Butt Spike out soured within the US? like most of there barrels etc,

 

Atlas stuff is quality gear, but the monopods are a bit crap, and get in the way if you use some kind of rear rest.

The AI one sits nicely in a rear bag, Ok its no bag rider but it works!

They haven't been on since 2017 either, so ring them 😜 They hold a lot of stock from experience, though you kind of feel like you're doing them a favour giving them your money sometimes...
