No probs.

Give us some specs on the new tool and maybe we can sort some more load data...lots of 6mmBr info around.

Got one myself...and as every one will tell you...its a stunning round.

Walther 1-8 twist, 24 inch tube off the top of my head, a 6PPC was what i was thinkin aboutas i wanted an all rounder but then realise that it wasnt deer legal for reds so a 6BR it was and im really looking forward to getting my hands on it as ive heard alot about its capabilities!

If you can get them...try some 95 berger VLD for match shooting .... :o

The 105 VLD are V.good as well but not personaly tried them yet.

I can push 95`s to 2950 in my Kreiger 24 inch tube and get first round hits on fist sized rocks at 800 yards. :D

85 grain soft points out of a 6PPC can make deer legal energy you know :o in England !

Hi Shrek,

not a published load, but one that gave .3 5 shot groups out of my rifle (tikka M590, Border 23', 1:9 twist);

33gn Viht N135

Rem 7.5

1.770 OAL

this is pretty hot, so be careful. Something that was highlighted to me by the friend who gave me the bullets: these are quite long for the weight so they do not stabilise in slow twist barrels (would not shoot out of his PacNor 1:12, that's why I ended up with them). So, unless your barrel is 1:10 or faster, you may find they do not group well.

A further comment about the 65VMax: I shoot these with the exact same load as above and they are deer legal (1760ftlbs). Wouldn't like to think what would happen to a deer though were I to shoot one with these. The 87gnSP, VMax or BTHP hornadys with 31.8gn Varget, Fed205M produce 3000ft/sec which again makes them deer legal in my rifle and I think I might use the SP or the BTHP for deer.

best of luck
