Finman
Lots of ice, gradual return to movement and weights in 6 months. Don't rush this, and you'll be back to fighting fitness in no time. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!! Finman

kip270
Cheers Guys, I can get about on crutches and can bare weight on my operated leg (which is miles better than when I damaged it), but its a long process and hope to be back shooting by the end of the year. Hopefully sooner but shooting from a vehicle rather than trying to walk over rough terrain.
