3m peltor sport tac work well and ear plugs don't give you full protection that's why we had to use over the ear protection at the airport.

Ok I have the Samsung s7 which apparently has a barometer built in so that might work. I am new to longer range shooting so excuse any daft questions. If it reads the pressure at your location does that mean you don't need to know your feet above sea level ?

Does anyone use a barometer mobile phone app and if so are they accurate

Finally made my mind up I am going for the ASE jet z compact.

Thank you for the advice, I am thinking of pushing the boat out and going for the swfa ss 10x44 which has very good reviews.

I had a Marlin but it was from their bad period so now I have two Henry's, much better build quality

Only Target work anywhere between 100-600 yards I quite like the idea of the fixed 10 power since I looked at the swfa but that is out of my budget

I am looking at getting one of the above or something in this area, it's to go on my .308. I don't have a lot of spare cash (up to £300) for something more upmarket at the moment so I would like your opinions. The vortex crossfire is also a possibility. Cheers

Thank you I will get some citric acid and give it a go, my tank is 2 litres so I will go for the heaped teaspoon. Do you give the cases a rince in water after or do you need anything to neutralise the acid?

Ok sounds about right for my unit as my brass hadn't been cleaned for a long time so it should be quicker next time.

I have just ordered my first 308 rifle and I am looking for a mod, does anyone have any recommendations, it will be for using on a range so I am not too worried about the size or weight.

My first post so Hello all I have just picked up a u/s cleaner from GT sonic it's a 100w unit and I am using Sea clean fluid, it seems to work well enough although it did take 3 cycles of 30 minutes to get the cases truly clean does that sound about right compared to the units any of you are running. My brass was rather dirty to start with.
