  2. The best ideas are always the simplest
  3. I wont be casting my own, I dont have time for that or knowledge for that. I didnt realise reloading pistol rounds was so different from rifle round, I already knew I would have to expand the case mouth etc but I assumed factory bullets would already have lube coated on them.
  4. Lube?? Dont I just press them into the case as per centrefire?
  5. If it works it ain't stupid ..
  6. I read a bit about slugging the barrel. Pretty much ramming a bullet through the barrel with a cleaning rod and measuring the width ?
  7. I will be using bought lead cast bullets, looks like Unique powder going by the advice so far. Next silly question...why is there .430 & .432 bullets avalible ? My local rfd has .429 listed for sale
  8. Will mostly be 25yards so lead will be fine to start with. I have found a source for unique locally so will give it a go
  9. I can source 250gr lead bullets locally, They have starline brass too. They stock bullseye powder also, is that suitable ? I'm assuming it large pistol primers too
  10. I've have never reloaded for pistol calibres before so looking for advice on what powder to go for and what weight off bullet to use etc. Will be used at 25yrds and 100 yards
  11. I have one off these... there awesome fun. Good luck with the sale

  15. Compete kit with app cable £120 plus postage are maybe able to deliver close by.
  16. I've spoken to Peter at MME and he is sending me x100 of .224 hpbt , £17 Also a box off samples off his target bullets in 308 to try out at £34. Seems a really nice chap, he doesnt release BC data as it has too much factors to cause varations in different tests but he assures me that the BC off his non tipped target bullet consistently matches Bergers VLD and the tipped version is just over Bergers data. I am quite excited to try them........
