I’ll play, if that was EDC from 1972, I’ll have the Speedy. The squeeze of hand winding it each day would still be worth the juice ( esp 1969 moon watch).
........my todays EDC ( really, I’ve just put it on the night table) Cz P10c with Docter red dot, kydex IWB holster, kydex OWB mag pouch and mag, Huawei 2 smart watch, OTF Hogue knife and iPhone not in picture. It all feels like plastic crap..... no soul.
.......EDC in 10 years time : watch ANON and be very afraid.
Totally jealous of the first pic ...

I hope Boris gets a majority ( a substantial one) and a reasonable form of Brexit is delivered. Anything else would be a betrayal of the referendum. This is not particularly good for me as a Brit living in Europe but for me principles come before my personal gain or comfort.
Corbyn, a total terrorist supporting bawbag, beggars belief how anyone could vote for that.....for example:
Will Czech not be tempted to follow us if we leave ?

Thanks fellas. Thought this thread had run its course to be honest after Pops “helpful” advice
Like the idea of an ultrasonic with paraffin Dellboy - never occurred to me to use that. Do you just run a cloth through the diffuser Dellboy? Any residue left etc?
Thanks for the advice.
Sometimes just use a squirt of brake cleaner after wiping or dump it in again ( i got the tip on parafin from David at the shooting shed ) .

ultrasonic cleaner for 30 mins in parrafin remove wipe and rebuild

Hello Del, you need to speak to your fashion advisor Rory - I hear FKW West Ham kit with flip flops and a red beard is the in thing .........imagine the pink slacks and straw lot would be somewhat bemused.
From what I saw at bisley ( admittedly some time ago) I guess there were a few distinct “culture” groups - camo everything - which can be a cost effective option from army and navy stores on line, Gucci Lakeland wear such as Direct Alpine and Bergen’s etc that cost an arm and a leg or best China 5:11 crap.
Personally I would go with army surplus gore-tex rain coat and leggings ( Czech army surp gore-tex is excellent quality, if you can get it ), Lidl thermal underwear, spend money on quality socks and goretex boots ( Meindl) as nowt is comfortable if your feet are wet and cold and a half decent fleece and gloves with army surp trousers.
Cammo flip flops obviously .....

We have found the electronic targets very hit and miss (no pun intended) . The other week at 1200 we were told the weather was affecting the bluetooth so shots were not being recorded previous to that on 1000 we were told some of the screens were a bit iffy . one time on 900 as we were leaving we enquired about the screens not recording and when we said our lane number the guy said yep been having trouble wth that .

cant really compare on an AX as ive only used the AI one on 308 and 6.6 cm but its quiter than my 308 Howa with an ASE on it and as Dave said it doesnt affect the aim point (mind you im not that good ) . Comes apart easy to clean as well ..

I've just come back from testing my other AX [large pin ] with a new .260 ackley improved barrel.
Working up carefully, i've just managed to hit 3054 fps with a 142 grain bullet, and no pierced primers up to that.
This was on Peterson SRP .260 brass, fire formed.
is this the 1200 yard plus answer Dave
