  1. Oh yes, I know Jim well - it's unusual for him to stray so far from home. How was the shooting? Was this a club FTR shoot? We had most of the Atholl and East/West of Scotland guys up at ours last weekend for the Inverness-shire open.
  2. I was swayed by Binzzy's review plus his reports face-to-face on the range. I could never justify the cost of the Aussie induction machine.
  3. Woo-hoo! Excited - Tempilaq on the way too. Thanks Lubo.
  4. Ordered Tempilaq today - hoping to see my machine posted up here fairly soon.
  5. Getting excited ... ... ... looking forward to receiving mine.
  6. Excellent - looking forward to my turn.
  7. Many thanks to Binnzy for his various posts on this topic, most helpful. Time for the DW loading bench to get a new gizmo.
  8. I'll be ordering one of these soon - great reports from my friend Binnzy.
  9. I've owned a Hog saddle since Summer 2014 - this looks much better made and more robust. Any idea of price?
  10. Good feature - seems to work well.
  11. Speaking of which, an unsuspecting Flutterby was just above a competitor's muzzle at the 600yd point at Cawdor during the Sunday morning phase of the recent Inverness-shire Open. The unobservant Flutterby was there just as the shooter pulled the trigger - the resulting aerobatics were quite spectacular and surprisingly the wings didn't come off.
  12. Ha-ha-ha! ... ... ... I haven't seen those since I was a kid and that wasn't yesterday.
  13. Oh BTW Tattooed Gun do you actually have tattoos or are they just blanks where tattoos could be?
  14. Used it here in .300 WSM with excellent results - bought direct from the importers.
  15. Here on the Moray Coast, rabbits have become quite a rarity, yet 25 milesaway in Nairnshire there are plenty. A couple of decades ago fields aruond here used to heave with bunnies, it can't just be Mixy surely.
  16. I'm not saying that - you just seem very heavy on the criticism with very little information to go on.
  17. Clearly Swarovski Optik think they know the market better than you guys think you do, and they'll have no problem selling them. It's really quite simple guys - if you don't like the Swaovski X5(i) scopes, then don't buy 'em.
  18. Hmmm ... ... ... they can whistle for that, hope I can negotiate it down a bit.
  19. I'm in - love the two Swarovskis I have now, really fancy the X5i 5-25x56P. Best glass I've ever used by far.
  20. I've not heard of sleeving a Remington action before, what does this involve, what advantage does it offer?
