  1. Ha-ha ... ... ... there's a surprise (not)! For me the purchase of Lubo's machine equates to approximately 2 boxes of Lapua Palma brass ... ... ... I rest my case.
  2. Nothing like a bit of theorising to provide some Gbalance. What about in real terms bearing in mind that this thread is all about Lubo's excellent annealing machine. How about some reality rather than theory Mr Gbal - how do you anneal your cases? Do you anneal your cases? Which machine to you own/use? Come on, do tell ... ... ...
  3. Oh dear Mr Swarovski1 ... ... ...
  4. How many machines have you made now Lubo?
  5. We're using this one as recommended by Binnzy - finding it fine. Also available from B&Q.
  6. Aren't you rather missing the boat - it is a good quality "bit of kit" and is selling very well. I've had mine for around a month and I'm absolutely delighted with it.
  7. You need to add a stage - case dying in my food dehydrator (otherwise used to make jerky) which does the job very well and leaves no watermarks.
  8. Our machine was in action again today with my son processing .223 casesfor my his rifle - Lubo's machine has already become an essential part of our hand-loading process with cases now being annealed before every loading.
  9. Worth every penny - especially considering it functions pretty well the same as the Bench Source machine at several times the price.
  10. Good job Lubo - do you ever manage to sleep let alone shoot?
  11. See below ... ... ... I followed Binnzy's reccomendation - works perfectly.
  12. I just paid £15/each for my three extra disks - I have .223/.308/.300 WSM/7.5x55mm - I suspect I could have got away with just three.
  13. I paid for mine on 29th July and it arrived on 22nd August, so 3 weeks give or take a day or two. Lubo is a man of his word and manufactures a superb product - the annealing machine is both functional and very well finished, I'm sure all handloaders will agree that it's £170 well spent. I showed a video of mine in action to various shooting colleagues at the range last evening, all were impressed.
  14. Our machine arrived at lunchtime today - after a bit of experimenting with time-expired Lapua .308 brass, we have since processed 100x .223 Rem, 50x 7.5x55mm, 50x .300 WSM and 50x .308 Win - a delight to use, easy to set-up and fast in operatinon ... ... ... what more can you ask for. Thank you Lubo - a superb product.
  15. That's a good idea think I'll get one - thanks Paul. [edit] Ordered, here tomorrow.
  16. The Eagle has landed ... ... ... Lubo -> Sofia -> Budapest -> Munich -> Hitchin -> Inverness -> DW58 Turns out I don't have the correct type of electrical plug adaptor, so I'll get one tomorrow and fire it up. Very impressed with build quality/finish. Many thanks Lubo - I'll post full feedback post-testing.
  17. Well - I'm just going by what DPD say, guess we'll have wait and see ... ... ...
  18. Expecting delivery of my machine on Tuesday - time-expired cases and Tempilaq at the ready.
  19. I'm not expecting it before Monday at the earliest. DPD don't deliver domestic in our area so we have to rely on a sub-contractor which automatically factors in an extra day. Gas canister/torch plus Tempilaq waiting and ready plus 100 retired Lapua .308W cases ready to play with.
  20. Mine is currently enjoying it's European tour courtesy of DPD ... ... ... So far Dupnitsa (Bulgaria) -> Sofia (Bulgaria) -> Budapest (Hungary) -> Neufahrn (Germany). I wonder where else it's going to stop off?
  21. We're 25 miles door-to-door for Cawdor, but Blair is 2 hours on the way down in the morning, but easily 3 hours back with Sunday drivers. We've discussed a club-to-club shoot with your guys, hoping to fix something up for next year.
  22. As Jim my have told you, we have recently switched over from TR targets to F-Class at Cawdor - culture shock for most of us, but not as bad as I expected. There were some fairly high scores last weekend despite the changeover. You'll have to venture north to Cawdor sometime.
  23. That's very daring for Jim, I'll have to pull his leg on Tuesday evening. We're going to venture south to Atholl for the F-Class league shoot on 7/8/9 October, my son wants to have a go.
