Me too , I’m going for the creedmoor ( boo .....hiss... ) as I already have a nice .308
creedmoor has an 18” barrel and with my chunky little Jet Z compact and a sexy Kahles K525i dumped on top I’m hoping it’s gonna make a cracking stalking and long range varmint rifle that I can quite happily take on range days and still have fun day with my mates @1000 yards maybe 1200 yards.
Definitely, it’s just the ticket for being a hunting rifle that’ll also some longer steel stuff and or tactical type matches. Look forward to seeing yours with the 525 on, that’ll be super Gucci!

I cant wait to get my mits on a Cross, a short, light, pointable rifle with an adjustable stock and a great trigger will be a joy to hunt with.

The 90's are doing 2900 fps from 26 grains of powder.
It would go harder as their is no pressure there, but I dont want to trash the primer pockets, as the starline brass has a reputation for it.
That’s plenty enough to cruise along at, bet it shoots lovely. I’m seeing 2920 with 85’s in the 223ai with a 25” barrel which is 120fps off the max MV I saw on the ladder test.

Lovely rifle as usual Dave. What sort of MV does the Valkyrie give with the heavies in a bolt gun Dave? Curious how it compares to a 233ai for example.

If the £80 is posted I'll take it.

Usually if there’s problems it’s best to delete the app and download it again. The support section in the app will help get you through any bonding issues, the videos are excellent.

If like the 22-250 dies if still available please Steve, will drop you a PM.

The MDT vertical pistols grip is excellent as it allows fine tuning of trigger reach. The hangar is also the basis for most of the larger aftermarket vertical grips as well.

On the subject of 6x47, is anyone shooting115’s? If so why sort of COAL do you work with?
-
I’m not good enough to notice the difference, I’d rather it was slightly high and if needed round down my corrections further out.
-
Cracking rig, great to see another 223ai appearing! The MDT polymer mags have loads of room and I've found they feed better than my accurate mags, having a capacity of 13 also helps!
-
Great work as usual Jack.

Yes, I've been using one of the 6-24x50 Dev-L's since mid last year. Primarily for precision rifle type shooting with a bit of vermin thrown thrown in for good measure. It tracks well, has great glass and the ret is very useful, I've replaced two Leupold MK4's with them.
-
Air soft BB's work well and are available in different weights, if you add sand in too you've got something that's nice and heavy.
-
As an all in one the 5700 Elite is the bench mark, it's been jolly reliable plus you get regular updates and support from AB which is excellent.
-
£1500 for each element, there's loads of awesome options available that fit the bracket.
-
There is a UK made alternative available now.
-
I'd rather be 5mm left or 5mm high if I had to settle for it. Mostly I'd love to be able to be able to shoot well enough to spot that kind of error consistently.
-
Thanks for sharing the pics Mr Duston, great to know these things.
-
What’s the issue with fitting it in the coax press out of interest?

I’d seriously look into the new Sig Sauer Tango4 scopes, the 6-25x50 with the Dev-L ret is awesome. It’s got great glass, awesome zero stop built in, tracks wonderfully and is generally a delight to use.

Yes please, PM inbound.
Little bit of lockdown fun....
