Oly
I'm looking for two bore guides, one for a Sako A2 in .308 and the other for a Tikka 595 in .223 I've had a look at some of the universal ones, but midwayuk reckons that at least one doesn't work on Sako's. The only guides I can find are by Possum (the #12 for the Sako and #59 for the Tikka) - both of which are out of stock on midway for a good month! Please help! Thanks in advance, Oly

jon
The Stoney points come with the black 'collar' sized to fit Remington bolts.. Sako, Howa and others are a slightly smaller diameter . You can get the smaller collars or get it polished down to fit I had mine from Sinclairs ... If you do go that route check out the calibre specific 'bore snout' to fit the adjustable rod guide. n8ess
Try Norman Clarkes. He always has a good sellection of bore specific guides in stock. The ones he stocks have the "O" ring seal on them as well, to stop any nasty fluids sloshing back into the chamber.
