What is the best - Compact Spotting Scope

Looking for recommendations. I want to get a spotting scope max 30 power but as small and light as possible to put on my bench when shooting. What are people go to spotting scopes? Thanks

I have a Minox MD80 which is quite frankly massive And a Leupold MK4 which is a much better size and might be suitable for you. Although prices I have found have sky rocketed. But on offer from Minox is a little 16-30 power model and at £199 if the MD80 is anything to go by the image should be good.

I’ve had a minox MD50 since I did a test of some spotting scopes for Target Sports mag when it was in print  - the the piece didn’t make the mag unfortunately 

The glass is pretty good and the unit has certainly been robust - excellent value for the money

I recently picked up a Vortex Razor 11-33 spotting scope, it’s tiny, lightweight, and freakishly clear and crisp. You gotta check it out.
