martin_b
Has anyone here used anything to take a bit of pressure off your back/neck when shooting prone? Im thinking of something that would look like a wedged yoga mat to lower my feet in relation to my head,
Re-Pete
Next shoot, I'm taking an old foam filled armchair seat cushion to try exactly that...........constantly getting up and down off the mat also causes me considerable discomfort, to say the least. I think maybe just a bit of support under the midriff might suffice. Pete
martin_b
I know you can get foam wedges cut to order, but I think they would be a bit too soft. I did have a folding wooden ramp for my greatly missed old dog that might have worked with a few mods, but when he went over the rainbow bridge it followed. So if anyone here wants to make me an inflatable shooting mat, same dimensions as the ramps on the bisley zero range out of what ever they use for inflatable Kayaks I'll be happy to test it for you 🙂
