british bulldog
We returned to the farm today with the Hare problem( I counted 42 in one field last week!!!) one last time before the crops get too high ,and after Frank666 popped a brace with his Remi .223 a hare was spotted sitting tight a long way out,I ranged it at about 500yds and dailed in the scope with the help of exbal.I took the shot aiming off for wind 8 inches, with frank spotting, the hit was a perfect chest shot. I walked out and ranged back to the tree we were under when I took the shot-506yds Rifle is my Remington 700 6mmBR built my dasherman. scope-6.5-20x40 leupold load-105gr A-max,29gr varget. rangefinder-leica 900lrf BB

british bulldog
Excellent shooting mate, well done! Only 29grs of Varget? Is that all? I would rather have the gun shooting sweet and put the bullets where I what than chase a extra 50-100fps.
