Popsbengo Posted May 26, 2021 Report Share Posted May 26, 2021 I have a 62mm +1 diopter 'close up' lens that screws perfectly into the bell of my Delta Stryker 5-50/56. This allows me to focus at approximately 3 feet from the bell (max) so ahead of the muzzle by about 12". It magnifies the image by about x2 when the scope is set on 5x mag and the image brightness is perfectly good enough to work under normal room lighting. The lens configuration cannot go any further towards the objective so I'm stuck with that focal length (further out makes it shorter focus). I could rig up a fine printed target on a jig and mount so I can take aim from prone. Question: do you think that set up would be of use as an IOTA ? Have I overlooked something?
