Dac9976
Hi all My RCBS tumbler has finally died, so I'm looking for a replacement. I don't clean big amounts maybe 20-30 at a time. Thinking of trying SS tumbler.....are they really worth the money? To be honest I've never really been happy with the results of my old tumbler. Cheers Danny. 1066
Over the years I've tried dry rotary, dry vibratory and ultrasonic but about 3-4 years ago I switched to SS and can't imagine doing it any other way now. I use a rock tumbler - works a treat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcyAkj-LzA8

1066
You bugger 1066 I may as well remove from watch list Sorry about that - it just caught my eye. I paid £30 for my 3 barrel tumbler at a boot sale - only needed a vacuum cleaner belt. If I was looking to go stainless now I would seriously look at making one from scratch. It's pretty basic handyman stuff.
Dac9976
Been looking at the Lem and rebel extreme. Both look good but a lot of £££.

Elliott
I used an ultrasonic cleaner with citric acid and washing up liquid, rinse them in some sodium bicarbonate and then throw them in the Lyman Pro dry tumbler. They come out spot on
