mildot
Yep unscrew the top part then use a 6" nail or long punch if you have them and bang it out!!!

Davy
Drill and tap the case head - or similar, use a short socket as a spacer and jack it off with a screw with a washer under it.

gbal
Thanks Davy ill be sending it to spud. Bit above my engineering expert ease that! Think about a £15/20 investment in a standard stuck case remover kit-it will happen again.Several major die makers offer them, and when you need one,its there-15 minutes, and you are back in business.A small vice is useful. As is a kinetic bullet puller(same £),but lack of this won't hold up all your reloading, the way a stuck case does! Gbal

Davy
I've never got that intimate with a cartridge. Heh! I have built a few 'proper' extractors and yet somehow ended up with an old socket, larger stainless 'washer' and an - caphead sitting on the side, I know exactly where it is and it has been used a few times already this year for various people, it even has an - tap next to it ready to go.
