Scotch_egg
Not the best reticle for varminting. However the scope is top notch and a very good price.
brown dog
Not the best reticle for varminting. However the scope is top notch and a very good price. Agreed. A standard P3 will be too fat for varminting. But I'd also say that it's on sale at a give-away price.

Jim78
Forgot to mention its non illuminated does it cost much to change the reticle to p4f? John, Do you need a illuminated ret? I run a 3-12x50 PM2 with the Bryant ret for foxing at night and have no bother seeing it . for that price its very good for the money . if your wanting to change out the ret your looking at a 6-8 week turn around from Schmidt but i don't know for what price. Hope this helps . Jim

ChrisF
They are very good scopes , I have a few 4-16x50s , you do really want the reticle & knobs to match . to fully take avantage of the this scope , and or course the obvious , in FFP as well . very good price , and I would not worry at all that its not lit , I have never used mine lit yet .
