BR 700
Just done a furball load test. Remington 700 Varmint 26" 1:9 Case RP Primer Rem 7 1/2 25gr Vmax Temp 18oC Benchmark 19gr col. 1.840 3786fps Benchmark 19.2gr col. 1.840 3803fps Benchmark 19.5gr col. 1.840 3849fps Stuck with the 19.5gr load, higher loads were starting to show pressure signs. Max load on 30gr Berger Varmint round was: Benchmark 19.0gr col. 1.840 3662fps As always, work up loads in .1 to .2 grains. These .17's spit their dummy out too easily. Hope this helps. Happy loading B
