No, it's a gasoline engine tho I have heard of people converting these bikes to use a Chinese diesel motor with varying degrees of success -tho why, I have no idea. I think I am the turret!I was off in the boonies with this rig yesterday morning. Snow doesn't seem to bother it too much! It just pulls through the drifts. Had my .22 in the gun cradle but didn't shoot: just rode around the hills. It's an excellent go-everywhere machine.
