  1. Like new condition, mount not included. Comes with original box and manuals, plus genuine vortex neoprene cover £1k plus fees and postage, I’m in SE Essex
  2. I guess it depends what you want for it. I got rid of my Strike Eagle because I couldn’t get on with the horseshoe reticle tbh
  3. Something similar looking (LPVO), but probably 1-8 or 1-10, must have a target reticle though, not a circle dot.
  4. I’m in no rush to sell this, as I need to find another LPVO to replace it, but I’d like £1100 in my pocket for it. Currently retailing at £1600, mine is immaculate, original box, manual and reticle manual included. Obviously comes with Vortex lifetime no quibble guarantee. I’m away from the rifle at the moment but can obviously get any pictures required, if anybody shows serious interest.
  5. It happens frequently when I’m there with my club, the most frustrating thing for me is failing part way through the day, and wasting 5-10 rounds wondering what’s going on. Whilst I’m moaning, the 600yd electronics at Century are so much more complicated than they need to be, with poorly thought out GUI that’s has some impossible to see selections in bright daylight. There, I feel better now 🤣
  6. This is the warranty replacement I received from Vortex UK, using Vortex’s cast iron, no questions warranty. ’scope is immaculate, only had 200 rounds through my .22lr since replacement from Vortex, always covered with soft scope cover when not in use. I’d like £450 for it please, currently cheapest place new I can find it is £599 from Optics Warehouse I’m replacing it with a Razor as I can’t get on with the horseshoe reticle. Razor has more traditional cross-hairs. Please contact me for any further info *advertised in a few other places as well as here
  7. I agree, it may well be. But they are budget/medium priced scopes for the most part, so a no question repair/replace policy suits me. I’d like a NF or S&B but can’t afford them 🤷🏻‍♂️
  8. Brand new scope arrived from Vortex Optics U.K. this morning, amazing service
  9. Last update on this, scope went back to Vortex on Wednesday morning. They received it at 12:30 yesterday, by 14:30 I had an email confirming it was faulty and a new scope would be in the post today. What awesome service, you can’t ask for better I don’t think.
  10. No, exactly what others have said, the potential of leaving themselves open to prosecution for supplying licensable items off licence
  11. The RFD I know well stated a few weeks ago that Wildcat won’t send out any parts at all, licensable or not, any more. RFD sales only, as Wildcat don’t want the potential aggravation.
  12. I’d have no issues buying a used, the warranty really is superb. As long as you don’t deliberately damage, and it’s performance affecting, they’ll repair or replace.
  13. The LE I sold the other day to my local RFD for a very tidy sum. I think somebody really wanted it
  14. I haven’t used the 56 Diamond back, but I do have the FFP 4-16x44 on my .223 Tikka Tac. Certainly out to 600yds at Bisley it’s superb, and with the no questions warranty I don’t think you can buy better.
  15. Essex is currently 2-3 weeks, my buddy in North Yorks got his done same day at the Northern Shooting Show yesterday 😂
  16. I’m going to revive this thread. I’ve deliberately not used the scope/rifle combination for a couple of weeks, I’ll be using it tonight at 50yds. At the moment, I’m disillusioned with the scope, so I’m after some possible alternatives, any ideas? I’ll be setting a budget of up to £1500 absolute max but would love to spend a lot less, I’d like a 30mm tube, between 8x and 10x max mag, variable but doesn’t have to start at 1x. It must be LPVO/short dot style Reticle must be a cross hair style, would prefer holdovers, and would like first focal plane as well. Any ideas?
  17. If you want something a bit different, the .22lr Vector is right up there Mine has been modified a little
