Just remembered it’s 4 Thermals I actually bought .. Never again that’s for sure !!

I’ve waited a few days to get a satisfactory reply from Thomas Jacks and since none came,I’m compelled to express my absolute disgust of Thomas Jacks Zero customer service.In the last few years Ive bought 2 of their top of the range Thermals a Trail Xp50 and then the latest Trail Lrf XP50.These units around £4-5 k each and both times have had issues with the carry case straps/ buckles breaking away,in just normal use age.After contacting Jacks and sending pics,their agent accused me of causing the damage and further more said they had Never had an issue,going further that according to their records I’ve done this before and they are Not replacing it unless i pay £45!Just to add that both straps broke within a couple of months of purchase!Can any other members let me know if they’ve had similar issues,as bought both new.Thanks Tich.

Just to clarify no he said sold send me bank details for refund ! I just needed clarification why it’s sold and he’s asking my details for refunding. I hope this shows this chaps devious behaviour! Then when asked why not sold to me and offering to refund,he calls me a Moron with cry baby faces! How very adult behaviour and both of us being Fire arms CERT holders, Totally unacceptable behaviour I would add!

Why don’t you come clean! You sold it to someone else after taking my money and no explanation or refund but insults! You have already lost sales access on another forum so do the right thing!

No explanation as to why after sending me a message as ( you were was first to reply and here’s my payment details) Once money is sent over get a reply sold! When questioned to explain please: just abuse name calling on forum and in messages?
