reamer manufacturers?

I'm looking to buy a good reamer to cut a LW blank.

LW blank steel is strong.

anybody recommend a good reamer manufacturer?

Anyone can own a reamer but Geoff (and other makers) won't sell to people outside of the trade. So if your RFD orders it for you and gives it to you to own, that's fine. I've done just this, my smith gave me my .338 Norma Mag reamer to own/hold.

Geoff's reamers are superb. I'm using half a dozen in different calibres and they cut like razors. They leave an internal finish so good, you actually have to rough it up.

arc ballistics reamers are fantastic too with a super fast turn around great to deal with and custom reamers not a problem

Any of the reamer manufacturers offerings will cut Lothar Walther blanks 

 

Yes the steel is harder to work with but it’s still softer than HSS or Carbide

ARC Ballistics reamers are superb, I would strongly recommend them.
