With that one, someone inadvertantly mis-handled the priming mix and it was a lethal and catastrophic error for several folks... A primer, by itself isn't that dangerous, but when you're talking several kilo's of the priming mix, you're talking about a veritable unstable bomb that'll take you, and anyone around you, to the next world...
