1967spud Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 I would like to say a really big thanks to all at Aim, i have recently bought an Aim 60 Drab Bag which arrived damaged. I phoned them up and spoke to them, they said send it back to them. Long story short, three days after sending damaged item back, i received a replacement part and a nice letter of apology with a free butt cheek piece. This wasn't ordered but much appreciated by me.
