RPA Quadlock 28 MOA rail

Found it in a box of bits, came off my old F-Class rifle..  28moa picatinney rail for a RPA Quadlock action.

It's a bit difficult to see the exact dimensions. I was wondering if it was supplied by RPA with the Quadlock.......I have a CG-RPA 2000, which has the Anschutz type 11mm dovetail on top of the reciever, and 4 holes for a rail, and I'd need to know the exact hole centres.
