foxhunter
This morning saw me and David up and about at 4am in search of a buck for him. At 1st we spied 2 badgers rooting about right out in the open , 1 of which walked right up to me and never knew I was there til he was about 10 yards from me , a very handsome boar in prime condition. We then spied a yearling doe followed by another followed by another until we had seen 6 does Eventually I decided just to sit and see what appeared . Well in under about 1 minute David spots a yearling buck coming out of the cover. I said take him when youre ready . The buck turned broadside and that was Davids opportunity which he took well. We did see another 2 bucks later but nothing presented a shot ....................
